Search for the Great Staghorn

Collect coral in tight underwater caves, and use that coral to upgrade your diver to dive ever deeper as you search for the legendary Great Staghorn Coral.

But be careful, spend too long in the caves and you could find yourself short of breath! Keep a close eye on your oxygen meter, or sink straight down to the bottom.

For some reason there is some MASSIVE lag when later in the game, and you harvest literally hundreds of shards at once...

Also, is there even a cap on the top two upgrades?

Scratch that, the game just crashed when it harvested, maybe over a thousand?

Wow, I've never seen that bug before, might be a bug with the reward multiplier shop upgrade? Must be a piece of misplaced math haha, sorry that that happened but that's pretty funny nonetheless! And no there is no cap on the top two upgrades, I didn't figure most people would reach a cap before getting bored but I appreciate you playing enough to find out!

i've found that the more you harvest a specific coral, the more shards that coral yields

Awesome project. I think the art style is super charming. I love the music. And I also think that the game is fun and satisfying to play. I enjoyed how when you dive deeper it gets darker and darker, really nice touch. I didn't encounter any technical problems either. Great game!!

Thanks! I'm so glad you liked it, I had a lot of fun making it and am glad that people are enjoying it. Cheers!

Impressive solo project! It is very complete and I didn't encounter any bugs. I like the background music and all the different types of coral, it made for a very relaxing experience. An issue I encountered was that I wasn't able to spot the next oxygen pocket while harvesting, so I felt disincentivized from diving further down as my safety was not ensured. I also would've liked for the coral further down to reap a bigger reward compared to the corral near the surface as a payoff for the added risk. Overall, great job and cool concept!

Interesting, the part about the air pockets I hadn't considered, but you make a good point! And the original design idea was to have the coral further down reap more rewards but it slipped through the cracks along with what the ending was SUPPOSED to be haha. Still, thank you for playing and sharing feedback!

also this is not a idle game

harvesting is not very clear you should add a indicator its happening

Honestly there was supposed to be one but that feature got bugged about an hour before submission and I simply didn't have time to fix it so I scrapped it. Thank you for the feedback though and thanks for playing
